Our energetic bodies are constantly in a state of flux. Physical, mental, emotional, and environmental influences can all affect our natural energetic balance. When that balance is disrupted, it may show up as tension, fatigue, or a sense of not quite feeling like yourself. Intuitive Energy Healing works with the more subtle layers (mental, emotional, and spiritual) to help clear what’s out in the way, offering us better mental peace and making space for the physical body to have more vitality. During your session, tools like crystals, essential oils, and sound (tuning forks, singing bowls, or drums) may be used to help clear and rebalance your energy field and release what no longer serves you. If you're feeling stressed, in pain, exhausted, scattered, or foggy, this work is designed to help reset your body and mind's baseline.
